This notice describes the All Star Dental internal integration portal. Contact: eric@allstardentalinc.com.

Purpose and information handled

Authorized staff use the portal to connect All Star Dental's QuickBooks Online company. The portal handles administrator sign-in information, OAuth authorization credentials, the QuickBooks company identifier and company name, and connection/check timestamps. Essential cookies maintain the staff session and protect requests. No analytics or advertising cookies are included in this application.

Access and service providers

The application is intended for authorized All Star Dental staff. Intuit processes authorization and QuickBooks API requests. The portal is intended to run on All Star Dental's Hostinger server, managed through Coolify. Hosting infrastructure processes network traffic and may generate operational logs according to its configuration. Credentials are not displayed in the browser. This application stores QuickBooks tokens encrypted on its persistent volume.

Storage and disconnection

Connection credentials remain stored while the connection is active. A successful disconnect revokes authorization and deletes the portal's stored tokens. Staff sessions expire after four hours. Sign-in attempt timestamps are retained for rate limiting and cleaned on subsequent sign-in attempts; expired authorization-state records are cleaned when a new authorization flow starts. Infrastructure logs and backup retention depend on the company's configured operating procedures. Contact us for details or deletion requests.

Scope of this portal

This version checks company information only. It does not automatically transfer customer or accounting records to Twenty, Shopify, email services or AI providers. Data previously imported through other integrations is governed by those business processes and is not deleted by disconnecting this portal. This notice must be updated before additional data flows are enabled.
