Internal portal terms

Authorized internal use

This portal is operated for All Star Dental Inc.'s internal business operations. Only authorized staff may sign in or connect a QuickBooks company. Access is limited, revocable and intended solely for the company's approved activities.

Connecting QuickBooks

You must have permission to authorize the selected QuickBooks company. Review the company identity after connecting. Intuit services remain subject to Intuit's own agreements and availability. This portal is not operated by Intuit.

Responsibilities

Keep sign-in credentials confidential. Do not use the portal to access companies without authorization, bypass controls, or transmit inappropriate information. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to eric@allstardentalinc.com.

Availability and data checks

The portal may be unavailable during maintenance or third-party service interruptions. Staff should verify displayed company information before relying on the connection for further integration work. This version provides connection management and a read-only company check; it does not perform bookkeeping or customer synchronization.

Ending access

All Star Dental may restrict staff access. Authorized staff can use the disconnect page to revoke the portal's QuickBooks authorization. Disconnection does not delete QuickBooks records or records imported separately into other systems.
